What this is

GrooveGrid is an unofficial, fan-made timetable app for We Out Here. It is not produced, endorsed by, or affiliated with the organisers of We Out Here Festival. Festival names, lineups, and artist names belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify what's playing when.

Accuracy

Set times are transcribed from the festival's own published set times, but mistakes happen — that's what hand-transcription does. Nothing shown in this app is guaranteed accurate. Always check times and stage locations against the official We Out Here app or the boards on site before making plans around them. GrooveGrid accepts no liability for any loss, missed set, or inconvenience arising from relying on information shown here.

No warranty

This app and its data are provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Data source

Set times come from the official set times page at weoutherefestival.com/set-times, transcribed on 16 August 2026. Artist notes are written only where an act could be verified against the festival's own artist pages — where the festival's own bio was empty, no note was written rather than guessing.

Privacy

Sets you save are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your phone — there is no account, and nothing about your saved sets is ever sent to GrooveGrid or anyone else.

To get a basic sense of whether anyone's using the app, and whether it's actually fast on a festival phone signal, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies, local storage, or a persistent ID to follow you between visits or across other sites — it counts page views, roughly where in the world they come from, and how quickly pages load. It isn't used to build a profile of you, track you individually, or serve ads. The only other outside request the app makes is a weather forecast (via Open-Meteo), which needs no personal data to answer.
